Working group created to contribute to the definition of green corridors between Spanish ports and other European and international locations, and to facilitate collaboration between Port Authorities, terminal and infrastructure operators, shipping companies, and other parts of the value chain. Additionally, the establishment of collaboration and understanding agreements is promoted with the purpose of coordinating efforts towards joint work that accelerates the decarbonization of the maritime-port sector through the implementation of these net-zero emission corridors.

He holds a degree in Technical Architecture from the University of La Laguna, a degree in Industrial Technical Engineering from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Catholic University of Ávila. He is an expert in Photovoltaic Energy from UNED. In 1997, he joined the Port Authority of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where he held the position of Head of Maintenance for 10 years. He then became the head of the Industrial Installations Unit and, for the last 4 years, the Head of the Innovation and Strategic Projects Division. Since 2022, he has been the Deputy Director of the Blue Economy Chair at the University of La Laguna-Tenerife Ports.
Mary Paz Adán holds a degree in Mathematical Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid and has completed the Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE and the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at ESADE. She is a founding member of the Spanish Association of Women Executives and Directors (EJE & CON).
She began her professional career in 1998 at the University, where she specialized in the development of predictive mathematical models and data analysis in the energy sector. In 2001, she joined Enagás, where she has held various roles, from operations management to planning the Spanish gas system.
Currently, she holds the position of Director of Commercial Logistics at Enagás, being responsible for the logistics of LNG terminals and the company’s commercial functions.
Mary Paz has extensive experience in LNG, having participated in and led significant decarbonization initiatives within the company. In recent years, she has focused much of her work on the decarbonization of maritime transport and the introduction of biomethane into Enagás’ transport network.
In 2025, she led the certification of the Huelva and Barcelona plants for BioLNG loading, making Enagás a pioneer in offering virtual BioLNG and one of the first companies in Europe to do so without capacity limits.
